Volunteering

Volunteering needn't make too many demands on your time,
and at our events, it's great fun! When we're fundraising at
large events such as the London Marathon, we really need people
to give up some time to help support our team and our runners.
The WellChild team always make anyone who offers to help feel
very welcome - and who knows, you might even meet some new
friends on the day!

Volunteers needed for exciting December event!

WellChild is the official charity at this year's London International Horse show being held at Olympia, London. We need volunteers to help us with the shopping bag drop off and to make collections at this fantastic event which runs from 16 to 22 December 2008. If you'd like to come and help us please complete the volunteer application form or contact WellChild's events team on 0845 458 8171 for more information.

 

Help us at the London Marathon 2009

One of the ways you can help WellChild is to volunteer to help at the London Marathon. We like to give as much support as possible to our runners, so come along and enjoy yourself as well as helping a worthwhile cause.

"I never imagined that volunteering at the Marathon would be such fun. There was such a great sense of cameraderie, and the smiles on the runners' faces as they passed our cheer point seemed to make the showers melt away. I'll be back next year!"
