How WellChild helped Jill and her family
Dear All,
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter – I’m Jill and I want to tell you how much WellChild has helped me and my family.
Our little boy Noah was born in March 2011 with a very rare and serious condition. We’ve been through some tough times but the amazing practical and emotional support of WellChild Nurses has made a huge difference. I really don’t know how we would have managed without them.
I believe they are worth their weight in gold to families like us and that is why I would urge you to support WellChild with a donation to help them with their fantastic work.
Inside you can read all about what the WellChild Nurses have done for our son Noah and for us as a family.
I know you’ve supported the work of WellChild in the past so this is a great opportunity to let you know how the charity has put your money to work to improve the lives of sick children across the UK.
There’s no doubt that these are challenging times for charities like WellChild. The number of sick children in need of help continues to grow while the money available shrinks. WellChild want to respond to each and every child. And they will.
Provided people like you are able to continue to support WellChild’s work, they charity will carry on reaching out to as many sick children and their families across the UK as we possibly can.
With that in mind I hope that, after you’ve read the inspiring stories in this edition of the WellChild newsletter, you’ll consider making a small regular gift to the charity’s work.
Even a small gift of £2 each month would help make a huge difference to the life of another family. If everyone I’m writing to today is able to give this small regular amount it would fund a new Nurse to support another sick child in need of help.
The work WellChild does makes an amazing impact on sick children and their families. Thank you for helping to improve their lives.
With best wishes
JILL EVANS
