Applications for WellChild Children’s Nurse Programme 2012/13

Applications for the WellChild Children’s Nurse Programme 2012/13 have now closed.

The aim of the programme is to fund WellChild Children’s Nurses to work with families caring for children and young people with serious or complex health needs that require long term and high level care. The focus must be on ensuring that high quality individualised care is provided in the home, thereby reducing the need for long term hospitalisation or frequent hospital admissions.
