Applications for WellChild Children’s Nurse Programme 2011/12

The closing date for receipt of applications for the WellChild Children’s Nurse Programme 2011/12 was 27 June 2011 so we are not accepting any further applications.

The aim of the programme is to fund WellChild Children’s Nurses to work with families caring for children and young people with serious or complex health needs that require long term and high level care.  The focus must be on ensuring that high quality individualised care is provided in the home, thereby reducing the need for long term hospitalisation or frequent hospital admissions.
