Professor Carol Dezateux MBBS MD MSc DCH MFPHM FRCP FFPHM

Professor Carol Dezateux is a clinical professor of paediatric epidemiology and head of the Centre for Paediatric Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Institute of Child Health, University College London. She is also an honorary consultant at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children NHS Trust and co-directs the UK Newborn Screening Programme Centre. Her research has received support from the MRC, the Wellcome Trust, the Department of Health, the NHS CRD Health Technology Assessment programme, and the British Heart Foundation.
