Martin is a partner with Wyvern Corporate Finance, specialising in Private Equity transactions - advising management teams on buying or selling their businesses.  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. Born and raised in Kent, Martin moved from Sevenoaks School to Manchester University where he graduated in 1985 with a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering.
