Continuing to develop knowledge and skills throughout life can help improve your sense of pride and personal achievement (as well as your Pub Quiz skills!) and so boost wellbeing.  Learning can also boost your confidence by providing a sense of community, hope, and purpose. You can find out more about the benefits of learning for wellbeing on the LivingWell website >>

Is there a subject you always wanted to know more about? Brush up your anatomy knowledge or find out more about Children’s rights? The Open University have a great selection of online courses that you can do in your own time, and at your own pace.

Courses start at just 1 hour long and are completely free. Find out more and sign up, visit the Open University website >>
