WellChild and Kind Holidays by IDILIQ terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions – Kind Holidays by IDILIQ Giveaway

1. This giveaway is open to WellChild Families, including those who are members of the WellChild Family Tree, supported by a WellChild Nurse, supported or have been supported by the Family Welfare Advisor service, or who have received or are due to receive a Helping Hands Garden Makeover.

2. WellChild staff members, or anyone linked with WellChild – Trustees and volunteers, are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry is via completion and submission of the Kind Holiday by IDILIQ survey, including a valid email address or telephone number for contact. Incomplete surveys will not be entered.

4. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

5. The prize consists of accommodation only at one of the participating Ramada or CLC resorts. Travel, insurance, transfers, meals, spending money, passports/visas, and all other associated costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. The holiday giveaway includes accommodation only. All travel arrangements, travel documents, transport, insurance, meals, and any other associated costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient. WellChild is not responsible for organising, funding, or providing support with travel or any additional expenses related to attending the holiday.

7. WellChild is not the provider of the holiday and accepts no responsibility for any costs, losses, injuries, incidents, or expenses arising from the use of the holiday.

8. All accommodation details, facilities, accessibility features and descriptions are provided by the supplier, Kind Holidays by IDILIQ. WellChild is not responsible for any changes to the accommodation, resort facilities, availability of adapted units, or any differences between what is described and what is provided on arrival. Any alterations, errors, or updates made by the supplier are outside of WellChild’s control, and WellChild accepts no liability for such changes.

9. The holiday voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. By entering, you agree to make reasonable efforts to use the holiday. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you must contact the supplier directly. Alternative dates may be offered at the supplier’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

11. All terms and conditions relating to the use of the holiday are set by the supplier, Kind Holidays by IDILIQ. WellChild cannot amend these terms.

12. There are 8 holidays available:

· 5 × Ramada Hotel & Suites – Marina del Sol, Costa del Sol

· 2 × Ramada Residences – Paradise, Tenerife

· 1 × CLC Encantada, Florida, USA

11. Accessibility: Not all units are adapted. Recipients are responsible for checking suitability directly with the resort. WellChild will provide contact details.

12. Tenerife and Encantada (Orlando) units are not adapted. Encantada units are two-storey townhouses; some have a ground-floor bedroom, but this is not guaranteed.

13. The survey and prize draw close at 23:59 on Sunday 22 February 2026.

14. Winners will be selected at random by computer during the week commencing Monday 23 February 2026.

15. For the March and April 2026 stays at the Costa del Sol resorts, WellChild may contact entrants before the survey closing date due to supplier booking deadlines. WellChild also reserves the right to close the survey early or extend the closing date depending on the number of responses received.

16. Each holiday will have its own prize draw. Only entries that have selected that specific holiday will be included.

17. Each winner will receive one holiday only.

18. Winners will be notified by email or telephone by Monday 23 February 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, WellChild reserves the right to redraw.

19. No cash alternative is available.

20. The prize is not transferable.

21. This holiday is for all the family meaning your child with a condition/s will need to attend the holiday too. This is not respite but a holiday for the whole family to enjoy.

22. WellChild accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or undelivered entries.

23. In the event of any dispute, WellChild’s decision is final.

24. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

25. WellChild reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

26. Copies of these Terms & Conditions are available on request.

Ramada Hotel & Suites Additional Requirements:

· Recipients must contact the hotel directly to confirm suitability of units.

· Recipients staying at Costa del Sol must complete online check-in before arrival.

· Recipients of holidays agree to sharing a case study based on their holiday for the use of WellChild, and Kind Holidays by IDILIQ, Ramada and CLC resorts.
