Space 2 Be Me work across west Kent (mainly Maidstone, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells) with disabled children and young people with additional needs aged from birth to 25 and their families. They provide, support for parents, support for the whole family, workshops, drop-ins, coffee mornings, activities, clubs, and school holiday schemes. Fairlawn Short Breaks Centre
Fairlawn Residential Short Break Service is run by Kent County Council in partnership with Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. It offers a friendly and vibrant home from home for children and young people aged 5-18 who have disabilities. Facilities include; 7 bedrooms (some specifically adapted for physical disabilities), plenty of outdoor play areas with sandpit, swings and sensory garden, jacuzzi, soft play room, sensory room, TV lounge, friendly dinning room serving good food, and more.

Leisure and employment opportunities for disabled children and young people within a mainstream community environment at Brogdale Farm, Faversham. Plus, six different sites across Ashford & Swale. Short break leisure activities such as gardening, horse riding and arts. Real work experience such as working in a café, being part of a gardening service to the local community, and running an online shop for home made goods. 24 hour service providing care to children and young people aged 0-18 from Hull and East Riding.. Sunshine House offers short breaks for children and young people with long term conditions, life limiting conditions and/or complex health needs. They also offer end of life care if this is the child, young person and/or their family's preferred place for care. Training and support is also available for parents and carers on how to use specialist equipment.
