Rose Road Association – Community Outreach
The Outreach Service provides individually tailored support and appropriate activities for children or young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities, and autism. Activities are led by the interests of the young person and involve activities and visits to places in the community as well as domiciliary (at home) care. They provide: One-to-one quality time with young people at home or in the community. Support for young people to attend youth clubs, groups or play schemes. Help for young adults to experience activities such as the cinema, bowling, shopping trips or a night out with friends. Support for young people to attend appointments. Provision of a few hours respite so parents/carers can spend time on their own or with siblings. Provision of personal care. A coordinator will come and visit you to discuss the service and agree a care plan that will be personal to you and outline how we can meet your individual needs.

Marches Family Network – Young Explorers
Young Explorers support children and young people (3-25 years) to access activities and events in their local communities and further afield, helping to increase confidence, independence, and social skills. Trips provide opportunities to access new experiences, try new things, build on interests, and make friends. Pick up and drop off points will be in either Hereford or Leominster. Past trips have included Think Tank Science Museum, Wonderland, Cadbury World, the Snowdome, and Jump In trampoline park. Please contact directly to discuss accessibility needs.

Marches Family Network – Play+
Marches provide specialist short breaks sessions for children and young people (3 – 25 years) with complex disabilities who require high levels of support through their Play+ Project. Their youth team receive specific training, including epilepsy management, team teach and gastrostomy (tube-feeding) training, to meet the individual needs of the children and they run a varied programme of activities to build on confidence and inclusion. The centre has suitable adaptations for children and, young people and young adults who have a wide range of special needs. The centre includes a hall, video/TV and art room ,a fully-fitted kitchen, outside garden area, and sensory room. The centre offers a varied programme of activities which includes music, dance, drama, IT, arts and crafts, yoga, sports, special events and off-site activities to places of interest.

Pathways 4 All
Pathways 4 All is a parent-led charity, providing play and leisure services for disabled children and young people. Pathways 4 All offer a range of services including family-focused events and seasonal parties; short break care activities for younger children and a youth club for teens; Easter and Summer holiday playschemes; and term-time social activities for young disabled adults. Pathways 4 All also work with wider family members too, providing family carers with the opportunity to come together for parent-to-parent support at our regular term-time coffee mornings.
