It is our mission to provide high quality, supportive training to all our gymnasts, in an environment conducive to happy, healthy, stimulating and challenging training. We involve the gymnasts is our main session and have a 1-2-1 coach work along side them. We have our main sessions or for the children who have more phial disabilities we have our rebound session, which incorporates using a trampoline to build muscle tone, balance, spacial awareness, body awareness and much more. Anyone is welcome to come and visit the club, to meet the coaching staff and see what we are all about, we are very proud of our club and facilities.

The Rock Foundation
The Rock Foundation was created to provide new and unique provision for young people and adults with learning disabilities and those who are disadvantaged. Through a wide variety of practical workshops and supported work placements, we aim to help our service users develop life and employment skills, to increase their self-esteem and independence, and ultimately improve their quality of life. We seek to do this through our Grimsby day centre, our Caistor day service (including supported living service) and our Rock Foundation foodbanks. These services are complemented by social enterprise and retail sites which provide training and volunteering opportunities to our clients, as well as providing a means of revenue for our charitable work. The Rock Foundation supports over 90 students through our day service provision, as well as providing supported living opportunities for up to 12 residents.

Evesham Swimming Club
Evesham Swimming Club is an inclusive club, having swimmers that wish to compete at club events only through to County, Regional and swimmers with National aspirations. The aim is to support all swimmers through their own personal development and inspire them to achieve their personal goals to the best of their ability. By providing opportunities to challenge each individual we can develop resilience and long life skills for our athletes. In January 2020 we were accepted to become a Start Para-Swimming Centre for Worcestershire and can now recruit swimmers and arrange assessments for swimmers with a recognised disability. We hold close links with Evesham Leisure Centre’s Learn-to-Swim programme and are supported by Swim England in the provision we provide. At Evesham Swimming Club we are proud to support swimmers with impairments. We recognise the need to support each person individually but at the same time ensure everyone has the relevant access to thrive in our swimming club environment. At ESC we currently have two swimmers registered at the club and would welcome anyone else to get in touch to see what we can offer. If you love swimming, we want to support you to thrive in the sport. The centre has disabled changing rooms with hydrolic beds and harness lifting kit; 10 disabled parking spaces; disabled toilets (4 x outside gym, 2 x foyar, 2 x dryside, 2 x wetside); pool hoists and a pool bed; passenger lift to 1st floor; and pool "walk-in" style steps.
