Captain Fantastic Toddler Morning in aid of WellChild
Come and join Captain Fantastic at Elkstone Studios’ beautiful Elk Tipi for a fun filled toddler morning 1 hour session in aid of WellChild.
Captain Fantastic is an award-winning children’s entertainment company in the UK, recognised nationally for excellence in children’s parties. Expect bubbles, mini instruments, music, dancing, singing and lots of wonderful entertainment for your little toddlers.
This session is designed for 18 months – 4 years but children of all ages are welcome.
Included in your ticket price is a small snack for your toddler and a tea or coffee and a sweet treat (not supplied by Elkstone/Knead) for the adults.

Time:
- Arrivals from 10am
- Session from 10:30am – 11:30am
- Fundraising Raffle drawn at 11:30am – tickets available to purchase online with your ticket or on the day. Prizes include vouchers for Wholly Gelato, Knead and B-Greater children’s shoes.
- Stay and play in the tipi/have lunch (bring your own/buy at Knead Bakery) until 12pm
Feel free to stay as long as you like in the beautiful surroundings of Elkstone Studios with a lovely outdoor play area to entertain the little ones, as well as coffee, cakes and lunch available to buy at Knead Bakery located very close by to the tipi.

We will also have a handful of market stalls for you to browse while your little ones are entertained. Including The Wandering Chapter, a gorgeous book van on wheels, with lovely children’s and adult books; LindaPresents, selling decorated biscuits, gingerbread and cupcakes; and Little Batch, offering indulgent chocolate balls with a health-conscious twist, distinctive loose-leaf herbal teas, and handcrafted seasonal syrups – all available to purchase, so make sure to take a look whilst you’re there.

- Tickets must be bought online in advance and no tickets will be available to buy on the door.
- All children mut be accompanied by an adult.
- A standard ticket includes entry for your toddler and 1 adult and includes a small snack for your child as well as tea/coffee and a sweet treat (not supplied by Elkstone) for each adult. Please note we may not be able to cater to your dietary requirements and you are welcome to bring your own snacks if preferred.
- There are up to 50 child tickets available – please note that adults may wish to spill out into the garden whilst the entertainment is taking place. If the weather is nice the entertainment may take place in the gardens so please make sure to consider putting sun cream on your child – adults are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their children.
- Due to the size of the tipi and the maximum capacity allowed there is only space for 1 adult per child. Please get in contact on [email protected] if you wish to bring additional adults and we can let you know if they can be accommodated nearer to the event date.
- Adults are responsible for their children at all times and must sign a waiver to agree to this prior to coming.
- The session will run from 10am – 12pm on Friday 26th Registration & arrivals from 10am, Captain Fantastic entertainment from 10:30am – 11:30am with the option to stay in the tipi until 12pm. You are welcome to stay on site for as long as you like after to enjoy lunch at Knead/bring your own picnic/make use of the outdoor playground (tipi will be closed after 12pm).
- All proceeds from the event will go to WellChild, the UK’s national charity for seriously ill children.
- There will be no refunds or exchanges to tickets unless in unforeseen circumstances the event is postponed or cancelled. If this is the case all guests will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
- Raffle tickets are available to buy in advance or on the door (CARD ONLY) and can be purchased when booking your ticket(s). The raffle will be drawn on the day after the toddler morning entertainment and prizes must be claimed at the event. No exchanges, refunds or cash alternatives will be given.
- The raffle is run in accordance with the Code of Advertising Practice and the Gambling Commission. - Entrants must donate a minimum of £2 to enter. Multiple entries allowed.
- Entrants exclude WellChild staff, WellChild trustees, or third parties directly involved in the administration or management of the draw.
- Entrants must be 18 or over
- Prize winners will be picked at random using raffle tickets on the day of the event. Winning tickets must be produced to claim a prize. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to
- The winner agrees to any publicity WellChild and / or the provider of the prize wishes to do and agrees to their photo being used in future competitions connected with this competition.
- WellChild reserves the right to accept an entry, cancel an existing entry and /or award any prize to an alternative winner if WellChild has grounds to believe that a participant has breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds, and WellChild shall have no liability to participants for any loss or damage suffered arising from its exercising such rights.
