WellChild has partnered with Gympanzeesto offer our WellChild Families one of their incredible Pop Ups!

Gympanzees have been running their Pop Ups in schools in the Bristol area for several years. Offering families access to a gym, soft playroom, music room, two sensory rooms, a trampoline room, indoor playground (sensory integration room), outdoor playground and a sociable café! Gympanzees Pop Ups have been created in collaboration with therapists, specialist teachers, specialist architects, service users, RNIB, Bristol Sensory Impairment Team and others to ensure they are fully inclusive and accessible. Gympanzees Pop Up Terms & Conditions

By requesting tickets for WellChild’s Gympanzees Pop Up, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. The organisers are WellChild, Office 23 Sunningend Business Centre, 22 Lansdown Industrial Estate, Cheltenham GL51 8PR.

2. This offer is open to any families who are members of The WellChild Family Tree. If you are not a member but would like to request a ticket to our Gympanzees Pop Up, please first register to join the WellChild Family Tree here: https://www.wellchild.org.uk/get-support/join-our-community/

3. Tickets are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Each family can request tickets for the child’s parents/carers, the child with the condition and their siblings only.

4. If ticket requests are oversubscribed, families in the local area to the event will be chosen first and then remaining tickets will be allocated by selecting names using a random number generator.

5. Tickets are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from WellChild.

6. WellChild’s Gympazees Pop Up is on Saturday, 3rd August, tickets issued will be for this day only.

7. Tickets will include light refreshments available from the café. Please note, Gympanzees will also be providing hot drinks and cakes but these are chargeable on the day.

8. Drinks and food are to b consumed in the café area only. Please notify a member of WellChild of any dietary requirements and allergies when requesting tickets.

9. Tickets cannot be redeemed for their monetary value.

10. All participants attend the event entirely at their own risk and the organisers shall not be liable for any injury or loss that participants suffer as a result of taking part in the event, except where an injury or loss results from the negligence or omissions of the organisers.

11. Families are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the Gympanzees Pop Up.

12. Itineraries, schedule and other arrangement changes may occur, which are beyond the control of WellChild.

13. The event organisers (WellChild) may, at their sole discretion, withdraw places on the event if it is believed to be in their own best interest to do so. The event organisers reserve the right to amend/cancel the event should it be deemed necessary for any reasons outside of their control, for example, inclement weather or windy conditions that are too risky to allow the activity to take place.

14. All personal information supplied when requesting your tickets will be held securely in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can read here. Please note that your details will be shared with Gympanzees so your tickets can be booked, and any accessibility needs can be met.

15. By submitting a request for tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions above and the following disclaimer ‘I declare I will abide by the age limits and accessibility requirements and restrictions set for the event and will abide by all rules and instructions. I declare that I and my child(ren) attend WellChild’s Gympanzees Pop Up at our own risk. I accept that the organisers, sponsors, partners, volunteers will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of my participation of the event, unless caused by their negligence or omission.

16. Please contact WellChild if you are unable to make the event or if you will be arriving after your allocated AM/PM time slot.

17. If your personal details (address, contact number etc.) change after you have submitted your registration form to take part, you must notify us immediately. All information provided will be processed in accordance with The UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
