These screenings are every Tuesday evening and two screenings on Saturday morning and afternoon. These viewings are free to those who meet the eligibility criteria and are registered members of our MediCinema club. All that is asked for is a small donation to help the service to continue.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour – the Making of Harry Potter
Throughout the Studio Tour, our helpful and friendly staff will be on hand to assist you, ensuring that you have the best possible experience. One free carer ticket can be provided for each paying disabled visitor. Please note, that as children aged 4 and under are entitled to free entry, a carer ticket will not be added for 4 and under tickets. Carers must provide assistance to the visitor and proof of entitlement will be required on entry to the Studio Tour. The majority of the Studio Tour is suitable for wheelchairs but some areas can be difficult to navigate. Our green screen area provides visitors with two fully accessible photo opportunities, including the chance to fly a broomstick as members of the cast would have done during filming. Visitors must be able to transfer themselves on to a broomstick and seatbelts can be provided if required. A Sensory Room is available within the Studio Tour. The room provides a calming environment for those with autism and other additional needs, it contains a Sensory Shell Chair, interactive light box, mirror ball and tactile mirrors. If you would like to access the Sensory Room prior to reaching this point, please speak to a member of staff who can assist you. Sensory Support Bags are available to collect from the Information Desk on arrival to the Studio Tour. These contain assistance aids for visitors with additional needs, including: fidget toys, ear defenders and a Sunflower Lanyard. Our Visitor Services team are happy to discuss any accessibility concerns with you prior to booking, so please do make them aware of your specific needs.

The London Eye River Cruise
The London Eye River Cruise is wheelchair accessible. A maximum of three wheelchairs are allowed per cruise and can be up to 83cm width. There is the option for a British Sign Language guide on our River Cruise. The London Eye does not have any parking facilities. The London Eye
At The London Eye we can accommodate for all mobility requirements. We can allow wheelchairs of up to 94cm width. We can only allow entry to two wheelchair users per pod and eight on The London Eye at any one time. Therefore to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking a Wheelchair reservation time slot ticket in advance. Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket for one personal assistant/carer who accompanies any disabled guest. On the day, you must present a form of documentation to entre with a carer ticket. The list of valid documentation can be found on our website. There is a ramp available and the London Eye can stop its rotation if it is needed to give you time to board. There is also an accessible Fastrack entrance for those with disabilities. The London Eye does not have any parking facilities. The nearest car park that offer dedicated parking spaces to Blue Badge Holders is South Bank parking by Apcoa. Little Harbour (Children’s Hospice South West)
We offer a home from home where babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. At Little Harbour as with all our hospices, families will discover individual children’s bedrooms, accommodation for parents and siblings, a wide range of play and therapy facilities – including a messy play area, soft play room, a hydrotherapy pool and a multi-sensory room – and a homely family kitchen and living room. For teenagers staying at Little Harbour they can make use of the IT and music facilities as well as use the games room as a place for chilling out, watching films and taking a few minutes to beat dad at pool. With accessible swings, picnic tables and pathways as well as plenty of ground for children to play, the garden at Little Harbour is always a popular place to be especially when the sun is shining.

Charlton Farm (Children’s Hospice South West)
We offer a home from home where babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. Charlton Farm has 8 child-friendly rooms and plenty of accommodation for parents and the rest of the family. We do all we can to make sure that babies, children and young people have some of their favourite toys, games and DVDs waiting for them when they arrive. Exploration uncovers playrooms, teenagers-only rooms, a spa bath for relieving stiff joints and muscle spasm, a sensory room for chilling out and a soft play area for safe, trouble-free fun. There is also a games room and a large open plan kitchen and dining room, which forms the heart of the house. There are also a few cosy places to relax and take a little time out.

Little Bridge House (Children’s Hospice South West)
We offer a home from home where babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. The house has plenty of facilities including a main living area that forms the heart and soul of the house, cosy lounges, a messy play room for carefree creativity, a multi-sensory room with lights, sounds and textures to soothe and calm, a soft play area for safe, trouble-free fun and a hydrotherapy pool for relieving stiff joints and muscle spasm. Teenagers also get their own special space where they can surf the net, play music and be themselves, while our games room is a place for chilling out and taking a few minutes to beat dad at pool. Outside, there is the Narnia sensory garden, which was based on C.S Lewis' magical book 'The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe'. The garden is full of features to stimulate all of the senses; sight, sound, smell and touch! The space is well loved by both children and parents as it provides a place to really set the imagination free!

Caswell Bay Beach
Caswell Bay Beach is wheelchair accessible. The car park has 12 disabled parking spaces. Two floating beach wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from Swansea Council. Prior booking is essential. Please contact [email protected] or call 01792 635718. The car park is equipped with a modular Changing Places unit adjacent to the existing toilet block. Please note you will require a combination code to access the unit. Please ring Swansea Mobility Hire on 01792 461785 (Mon-Sat) to request the code before you travel.

Inclusive Surfing Scotland (Edinburgh)
Inclusive Surfing Scotland are dedicated to making the exhilarating sport of surfing accessible to everyone. Inclusive Surfing Scotland provides surfing experiences for people with additional needs due to disability, illness, injury, or learning difficulties. Inclusive Surfing Scotland is the first organisation to offer surfing sessions for people with disabilities in the central belt of Scotland. We are committed to breaking down barriers and fostering a community where everyone can experience the joy of riding the wave. We deliver sessions from Pease Bay (the Borders), Belhaven Bay (East Lothian) and St Andrews West Sands (Fife). These are the closest surfing beaches to the central belt of Scotland, including: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and Dundee. From late October 2024, we will also be delivering sessions from The Lost Shore Surf Resort, an in-land wave pool in Ratho, Edinburgh.

There are also opportunities at Magnolia House for children and families to access therapies through play, massage, counselling and other activities.

The Chamwell Centre (Community Cafe)
The Chamwell Community Café caters for visitors to the centre and the local community, offering hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day. The café can be found on the first floor. Lift access and the availability of the changing places facility ensures excellent accessibility for wheelchair users. The cafe also offers young people with additional needs the chance to develop work and social skills within the cafe and kitchen area. The cafe also offers a children's party menu.
