The London Eye
- Things to do
- In-person service
At The London Eye we can accommodate for all mobility requirements. We can allow wheelchairs of up to 94cm width.
We can only allow entry to two wheelchair users per pod and eight on The London Eye at any one time. Therefore to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking a Wheelchair reservation time slot ticket in advance.
Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket for one personal assistant/carer who accompanies any disabled guest. On the day, you must present a form of documentation to entre with a carer ticket. The list of valid documentation can be found on our website.
There is a ramp available and the London Eye can stop its rotation if it is needed to give you time to board. There is also an accessible Fastrack entrance for those with disabilities.
The London Eye does not have any parking facilities. The nearest car park that offer dedicated parking spaces to Blue Badge Holders is South Bank parking by Apcoa.
If you need any additional accommodations, you can contact us at [email protected].
