AFK helps children and young people who are disabled or neurodiverse to live more independent, fulfilling lives.

They fund mobility equipment not available on the NHS for disabled children and young people age 0-25.

They also deliver a range of training, advocacy and employment services for young people with learning disabilities age 14-25.
