School holiday activities for disabled children and young people aged between 5 - 18, including day trips, groups, soft play, sports, arts and crafts. These short breaks are accessible to disabled children and young people who have had an initial assessment by a Social Worker and/or have a SEN Statement (Band 1-3). Please contact them direct if you would like more information about their criteria and referral process.
