Their Intensive Family Support will take families through assessment, support planning and moving on strategies including:

  • Solution focussed work with practical outcomes
  • Behaviour management strategies and resources
  • Coaching and support to prepare and attend meetings
  • Advice and guidance around diagnosis pathways, choices and processes
  • Grant applications
  • Support around Educational, Health and Social Care Plans (EHCP) processes
  • Benefit advice and support to complete applications and appeals

They also work in partnership with local and national organisations to ensure that families are provided with the best access to the right support at the right time for them.

Access to their  Intensive Family Support service is by referral and subject to a triage assessment by our team.
