HCRG Care Group provide Wiltshire Children’s Community Services across the county. They provide a wide range of children and young people’s services which look after the physical, medical and mental health and wellbeing of children and young people up to the age of 19 years old. They provide everything from public health nursing (also known as health visiting and school nursing), to specialist support for children and young people with physical sensory or learning needs and disabilities.
