The session is aimed for children aged 4 to 17 who might find cycling on a two wheeled bike more challenging – whether that is be due to a disability or injury. Try out a range of adapted bikes such as trikes and tandems and learn basic cycling skills, suitable for all ages and abilities.
The fortnightly session at Macclesfield Leisure Centre has bikes that allow participation, with support from staff or carers, even if they cannot cycle on their own. These sessions run on Sunday and will be small numbers – maximum of 6 children per session, booking is essential.
