KITE run Saturday sessions at various locations in Herefordshire, for 3-25 year olds who have a disability. They also run adventure clubs during the Easter and Summer holidays. The children and young people take part in a wide variety of activities including swimming, bowling, arts and crafts, cookery, sensory play, circus skills, sports sessions, and outdoor bushcraft skills sessions.

Siblings are welcome when spaces are available.
