We take accessibility very seriously as it’s important to us that people from all walks of life can visit and enjoy our venue. We do our utmost to ensure that no individual or group is reasonably excluded from any of our activities, facilities or services that we offer. Throughout the calendar, we offer a range of ice skating opportunities for those with disabilities, and their families.

For those who would benefit from a calmer environment while on the ice, our skating session on Sunday morning (10.30am – 12.30pm) has quieter music and skaters are encouraged to skate slower.

Essential companions skate for free when accompanying their patron at sessions. You may be asked to show nationally recognised documents to confirm that a carer is required so please bring this with you for your skate.

The ice can be accessed on skates, in a wheelchair or in a purpose built sledge (sledge must be booked in advance).

A public blue badge holder car park is situated directly next to the venue on Dean Street. This facility is operated by Nottingham City Council and works on a first come first serve basis. On street parking is also available on nearby streets if you need somewhere close to park.

Assistance dogs are welcomed in the venue, however please be aware that noise levels are increased during certain sessions. Please contact our team on [email protected] if an assistance dog will be accompanying you to a session upon booking.

If you have any questions for our Accessibility Team, please contact us on [email protected].
