Neath Port Talbot & Swansea Community Short Breaks provides support to children and young people with disabilities. This includes support to access community based activities in small groups, activities at the project base, or caring for a child in their own home (domiciliary care). They work in conjunction with the local authority to provide an outcome focused service to children and young people. Sessions are aimed at providing a fun and safe environment, whilst working towards individual targets and achievements. Please contact directly to discuss accessibility needs.
