The Children's Disability Service Youth Club is for children and young people with low to moderate disabilities. This means that children who are already receiving their own dedicated package of support following an individual needs based assessment will not be eligible to access this club. Children and young people who attend have the opportunity to form friendships with other young people with similar needs and abilities, and develop skills of independence and socialising without their parents or carers.
The Club offers activities such as arts, crafts, baking, computer games, drama, sports and activities of the young people's own choice and interest.
There is no charge to access this service and referral is via telephone.
