The Sands Leisure Centre offers leisure and swimming facilities alongside a premier entertainment venue. It includes a state-of-the-art, 100+ station gym with specialised zones for cardio, strength, and resistance training, as well as a Group Cycle studio. There is an eight-lane, 25-meter pool, perfect for both fitness and recreational activities.

Adult Swim Doctor sessions are available for adults wanting to improve on swimming skills. The Better Swim School and Water Workout fitness classes are available in the four-lane, 20-meter pool with a moveable floor.

Accessibility features include accessible parking, changing places toilet, poolside hoist, ramped access and accessible poolside facilities.
