- You can refer your child/young person directly or obtain a referral through the council or social worker.
- Your child does not need a medical SEND diagnosis but will be assessed by a support worker and a registration form will need to be completed. Please contact us for further information and availability.
Services include:

- SEN Family stay & Play: under 5’s and their siblings
- After School Club: over 8’s (meal included)
- Holiday activities: over 8’s
- Young adults: 16 to 35 years
- Community sessions (term time only)
- Autism/Out of school club (term time only)
