Ty Hafan is a children's hospice, providing care to children with life-shortening conditions. Ty Hafan are able to support with end of life care, symptom management, crisis and emergency respite stays, therapy* and sensory play input. Support is provided within the hospice and also in communities and family homes across Wales.
Their specialist, personalised support also extends to parents, siblings and other family members, to give them strength, make treasured memories together and improve their quality of life.
* Range of therapies include music therapy, play therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and complementary therapies such as massage and aromatherapy. Ty Hafan also have a hydrotherapy pool on site.
There is also an accessible playground within the grounds.
