Discover incredible objects from around the world, explore outer space and meet live creatures!
Limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire. The Planetarium is accessible for wheelchair users and can accommodate two wheelchair users per show. Please call ahead to the Box Office if you would like to arrange a companion ticket.
- Some videos and interactives throughout World Museum have subtitles or British Sign Language.
- Trained guide, hearing and assistance animals are allowed in the museum.
- There are toilets on all floors and they are all accessible to wheelchair users. There is a Changing Places toilet on the first floor.
- Lifts are available to all floors.
- There are a limited number of blue badge parking spaces on William Brown Street, outside the museum. Please note the road surface is cobbled. Relaxed sessions and inclusion days available throughout the year.
- Visual stories available to view before visit.
