Y Bont is a specialist and unique child and family centre, which provides a unique range of day services for children with disabilities, complex medical conditions, emerging Autism, Down syndrome, visual impairment, hearing impairment, and their families. They offer help and advice to parents/carers and provide respite services 51 weeks a year, 6 days a week.
Referrals can come via health professionals, social services, or directly from a parent/carer. Children are welcomed from 6 weeks up to 12 years old.
Facilities include: sensory room, parents room, soft play area, play room, quiet room, and movement room.
