Facilities include: Multiple consulting rooms for paediatricians to run clinics Purpose built hydrotherapy facilities Physio gym facilities for individual and group treatment Large treatment rooms for football and bike skills groups Specialist technology room Specialist audiology and Speech and language facilities Family and sibling facilities State of the art sensory room Plastering, splinting and orthotic facilities ADL suite to assess potential for supported and independent living Small treatment rooms for individual treatment Wheelchair training facilities 3D MediCinema Leisure and play facilities including a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA)

My Life Team – Kirklees Council
The My Life team attend Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) reviews for young people from year 9 and post 16 provisions (14-25 years old). They work with young people and their families who do not have a social worker or a short breaks plan in place. They offer information, advice, and guidance on adult social care. They provide information about services that are available whereby you may not need an adult social care assessment and we will also offer information and advice about when and how to get an adult social care assessment if you do need one.

NPT Swansea Community Short Breaks
Neath Port Talbot & Swansea Community Short Breaks provides support to children and young people with disabilities. This includes support to access community based activities in small groups, activities at the project base, or caring for a child in their own home (domiciliary care). They work in conjunction with the local authority to provide an outcome focused service to children and young people. Interplay (Integrated Play & Leisure)
Interplay provides access to play and leisure opportunities for children and young people with additional needs aged 2-25 who find it difficult to access the same mainstream play, leisure and social activities as their peers. They work with children at all levels from profound and multiple disability, learning disabilities, physical impairments, sensory impairments, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. Their main criteria is that without additional support the young people would not be able to gain access to play and leisure opportunities.
