SENSE Family Centre – Sandwell
SENSE centres offer a place for people who are deafblind and with complex disabilities to build connections by developing communication skills and independence, meeting other people, being creative with arts and crafts, and taking part in sport and exercise – all supported by skilled, specialist staff. The building is fully accessible with ramps, lifts and wide doorways.
Activities may include: Swimming, music, cooking, dancing, yoga, Zumba, pottery, woodwork, horse riding, trampolining, climbing, gardening, sensory rooms, cinema, zoo, IT skills, and life-skills.
