Provide a range of early intervention groups and services, specialist help and advice to vulnerable children and families in the Jewish community. Their team of family support and social workers offer the following: Emotional and mental health support Specialist advice and guidance Advocate on behalf of vulnerable children and their families They provide a range of group and individual support to provide parents with the skills and resilience to manage difficult circumstances and meet the needs of their children. They also have a range of groups and courses for families impacted by learning disabilities and autism. Norwood also provide: Counselling & Psychotherapy The Counselling and Psychotherapy Team is made up of qualified therapists with a specialism in children and young people. The sessions enable children with ongoing difficulties to explore their experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space. In addition to 1:1 therapy, they offer a range of groups designed to build resilience and increased social and emotional competence. My Life Team – Kirklees Council
The My Life team attend Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) reviews for young people from year 9 and post 16 provisions (14-25 years old). They work with young people and their families who do not have a social worker or a short breaks plan in place. They offer information, advice, and guidance on adult social care. They provide information about services that are available whereby you may not need an adult social care assessment and we will also offer information and advice about when and how to get an adult social care assessment if you do need one.

Support with Leisure works in partnership with Cardiff local authority, who are the sole referrers. The Support with Leisure service works with children 0 – 18 and runs all year round, evenings and weekends.

Y Bont is a specialist and unique child and family centre, which provides a unique range of day services for children with disabilities, complex medical conditions, emerging Autism, Down syndrome, visual impairment, hearing impairment, and their families. They offer help and advice to parents/carers and provide respite services 51 weeks a year, 6 days a week. Referrals can come via health professionals, social services, or directly from a parent/carer. Children are welcomed from 6 weeks up to 12 years old. Facilities include: sensory room, parents room, soft play area, play room, quiet room, and movement room.

Their main aim is to ensure the needs of children are met. They bring together parent carers from across Sheffield to provide mutual support, exchange information, and influence policy and practice. They have over 2,700 members.
