Play Inclusion Project – Blackpool Group Saturday Club
Saturday Clubs offer Short Breaks to Parents & Carers of Children with additional needs & disabilities every Saturday throughout the year (excluding some holidays). To join the group referrals are made via your social worker. Blackpool Saturday Club is open to children & young people aged 8-18 with complex to severe additional needs and/or disabilities. Young people are given the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of in-house activities and trips. These trips include: tram journeys, zoo trips, farm trips and much more! In house days are themed and involve sensory play, arts and crafts, outside play, role play and construction.

Play Inclusion Project – Blackpool Group Holiday Club
Blackpool Holiday Club is open to children & young people aged 8-18 with complex to severe additional needs and/or disabilities. To join the Blackpool Group you will need to be referred via your social worker. Every session is different and activities are often chosen by the children & young people. Activities are planned for each child around their individual support needs. Sessions can include: arts, crafts, baking, drama, dance, sports based activities, and sensory sessions. There are also lots of trips out in the local community including: The Space Centre, Swimming, Blackpool Zoo, Bowling & many more. Price: £15 per Session.

Staunton Harold
Part of the National Trust, Staunton Harold is a 163-acre countryside space, while the reservoir itself is 210 acres. At this hidden gem you'll discover wildflower meadows, woodland habitat, industrial archaeology and nature reserves, along with spectacular views across open water. There is an accessible way-marked walk, as well as accessible toilet facilities including a Changing Place. There is a café with seating indoors and outdoors, and a children's play area.

Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice
Ty Hafan is a children's hospice, providing care to children with life-shortening conditions. Ty Hafan are able to support with end of life care, symptom management, crisis and emergency respite stays, therapy* and sensory play input. Support is provided within the hospice and also in communities and family homes across Wales. Their specialist, personalised support also extends to parents, siblings and other family members, to give them strength, make treasured memories together and improve their quality of life. * Range of therapies include music therapy, play therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and complementary therapies such as massage and aromatherapy. Ty Hafan also have a hydrotherapy pool on site. There is also an accessible playground within the grounds.

Kidz to Adultz Exhibitions
Kidz to Adultz deliver FREE exhibitions across the UK for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs, their parents, carers and the professionals who support them. This event provides access to information, support, equipment, products and services with over 100+ exhibitors. Running alongside the exhibition there are 10 free CPD accredited seminars on a range of topics delivered by renowned experts in the field of disability and additional needs. Divine Days Community CIC
Divine Days Community CIC tackle inequalities in health experienced by vulnerable people in Skelmersdale and wider West Lancashire, focusing on the children, young people and adults who have disabilities, complex needs, learning disabilities and/or neurodiversity. They help people to find their voice, develop confidence, connections and friendships and support them to enjoy meaningful activities. They have done this by establishing a supportive community and programme of creative activities, employment coaching and mental health support. Activities include arts and crafts, dance, singing and musical theatre. All are activities are designed to be inclusive and accessible.
