Sunday sessions from 12pm-3pm cater for young people with additional needs and disabilities up to 25 years old. Inclusive and accessible activities such as sensory play, arts and crafts, wheelchair basketball and sensory room.

HideOut Youth Zone
HideOut Youth Zone is a charity for Manchester’s young people, set up to give them the opportunity to discover their passion and their purpose. Young people from a diverse range of backgrounds can access the facilities in a vibrant, purpose-built space packed with engaging activities, the opportunity to make friends, develop new skills, unlock their potential and have fun. Activities include art and music, cooking, wellbeing, climbing, yoga, sports, gym and MMA. HideOut also has a sensory room, recording studio and podcasting suite. HideOut Youth Zone provides children and young people with somewhere safe to go, something positive to do and someone trusted to talk to. All children and young people are welcome at HideOut Youth Zone, regardless of their needs and requirements. Sessions are adapted for young people with additional needs and are open for a wide range of young people to access; including those with mild learning difficulties, through to those with more complex needs such as visual impairment and physical disabilities. The building itself is accessible to all, including a lift, wheelchair access doorways, sensory room, moveable sinks and hobs in the training kitchen, and even an accessible climbing wall. Sunday Club is a time just for our young people that identify as having a disability or additional needs. Sunday Club Juniors (8-12): 11am-1pm Sunday Club Seniors (13-25): 12pm-3pm

Science and Industry Museum
Explore 250 years of innovations and ideas that started life in Manchester and went on to change the world. Highlights include hands on science fun, ultimate gaming experience and early years activities. There is step-free access to all floors and wheelchair accessible lifts which have tactile labelling and some have audio announcements. There is a Quiet Room within the Textiles Gallery on Level 0 of the New Warehouse for use by anyone who needs some quiet time. Visual Stories, ear defenders and sensory toy packs are available. Accessible toilets, baby changing facilities, all gender facilities and Changing Places toilet equipped with hoist, changing bench and centrally located toilet. The toilet is accessible with a RADAR key. There are 3 blue badge parking spaces in front of the museum on Lower Byrom Street. These operate on a first come, first served basis. Working guide and assistance animals are welcome at the museum.

Offers advice and guidance, pointing you in the right direction or deciphering the latest letter to hit your doormat. Wraparound can help support you through a crisis, be by your side at crucial meetings or act as co-ordinator between agencies to ensure everyone is working towards the same aspirations.

Home Manchester offers relaxed screening and theatre performances each month and includes: - Cinema lights on low. - Film volume turned down a little. - No trailers or advertisements before the film starts. - You can move in and out of the cinema. - A separate chill out space is provided if you need some time out of the screening. - Venue is wheelchair accessible and essential companions are free. - Audio description, caption subtitles and BSL is available for selected events. - Changing places toilet available.

Hough End Leisure Centre
Hough End Leisure Centre has a 25m six lane swimming pool and a learner pool, 90 station gym, two squash courts, a sauna and steam room and a studio. It also has a gym with over 100 stations of Technogym kit. There is a bar and a fantastic outdoor balcony area, making it the perfect place for special occasions and events. There is 15 grass pitches and 2 artificial grass pitches all served by new dedicated changing facilities. Cafe on site for drinks and snacks. Accessibility includes a lift, accessible parking, poolside hoist and changing places.

North City Family and Fitness Centre
North City Family and Fitness Centre is at the heart of the community in Harpurhey, containing a fully equipped gym, fitness class studio, swimming pool with swimming lessons, sauna, steam room and spa pool. There's something for the little ones too with a 4 tier soft play area; it features a wide range of soft play activities to keep the children entertained for hours including ball pits, tunnels, slides and obstacles. Swim school programme available. Accessibility includes poolside hoist, changing places and accessible parking. This centre is part of a unique collection of community and elite facilities governed by MCRactive, a not for profit organisation established and overseen by Manchester City Council. It is operated by Better under the MCRactive brand.

Moss Side Leisure Centre and Hulme Library
Moss Side Leisure Centre features a state of the art gym including a dedicated strength and conditioning area. There's a programmable gym for juniors, women only sessions, disability groups and older adults. The extensive fitness class programme offers a great range of classes including group cycling, pilates, power pump, circuits and much more. For swimming there's a 6 lane, 25m pool and a shallow teaching pool. Take time out in the relaxation area that includes a steam room and a sauna, there's a range of activities including badminton, netball, volleyball, football and boccia in the two sport halls. For children there is a Junior Health & Fitness sessions, gymnastics lessons and Swim School. Accessibility includes poolside hoist, accessible changing and adapted areas for wheelchairs. The centre is also home to Hulme High Street Library with its superb range of books, free Internet computers, free W-Fi, printing and photocopying and health information point.
