Open Access Play
Torfaen Play Service provides community play opportunities for children and young people aged 5-15 years in the form of after school clubs, half term and summer play schemes. In addition to this, support is provided for children and young people aged 5 - 18 years with disabilities to access community play provision. Support is provided to young people aged 16+ to volunteer within community play settings during holiday times, including young people with additional needs. Full training is provided. Term time training placements are available with Torfaen Play Service. This includes support to learn work-based skills, to work in a variety of settings including schools and community based venues as well as achieve an accredited qualification. NPT Swansea Community Short Breaks
Neath Port Talbot & Swansea Community Short Breaks provides support to children and young people with disabilities. This includes support to access community based activities in small groups, activities at the project base, or caring for a child in their own home (domiciliary care). They work in conjunction with the local authority to provide an outcome focused service to children and young people. Interplay (Integrated Play & Leisure)
Interplay provides access to play and leisure opportunities for children and young people with additional needs aged 2-25 who find it difficult to access the same mainstream play, leisure and social activities as their peers. They work with children at all levels from profound and multiple disability, learning disabilities, physical impairments, sensory impairments, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. Their main criteria is that without additional support the young people would not be able to gain access to play and leisure opportunities. DASH Ceredigion
A variety of leisure schemes for children with additional needs, disabled children and young people within the county of Ceredigion. They provide a range of playschemes and respite for children and young people between the ages of 4 and 25. Playschemes Take place during Ceredigion School Summer Holidays Lots of fun activities and outings for the children such as horse riding, swimming and beach trips to name but a few. Activity Days Take place during Ceredigion School Summer Holidays Small groups of young people and support staff go on day outings. The young people can choose where they would like to go and what they would like to do. Frendz This a mobile youth club that goes out during evenings each week in term time. Activities include horse riding, arts & crafts and film nights, cooking. Away Weekends Small groups of young people stay away for the weekend a local adapted accessible bungalow – a specially adapted bungalow with a sensory garden in the grounds. Ymuno Ymuno provides support to access a local childcare club or playscheme provision

Cardiff Disability Support With Leisure Service
This service supports children and young people with disabilities and additional needs to access leisure activities in the community to improve their confidence, integration and independence, whilst offering parents respite. Support with Leisure works in partnership with Cardiff local authority, who are the sole referrers. The Support with Leisure service works with children 0 – 18 and runs all year round, evenings and weekends.

Y Bont
Y Bont is a specialist and unique child and family centre, which provides a unique range of day services for children with disabilities, complex medical conditions, emerging Autism, Down syndrome, visual impairment, hearing impairment, and their families. They offer help and advice to parents/carers and provide respite services 51 weeks a year, 6 days a week. Referrals can come via health professionals, social services, or directly from a parent/carer. Children are welcomed from 6 weeks up to 12 years old. Facilities include: sensory room, parents room, soft play area, play room, quiet room, and movement room.

North Lanarkshire Young Carers Service supports young carers aged 8 - 18. Dundee Disabled Children’s Association
Dundee Disabled Children's Association is a small, local independent charity providing activities and support for children and young people with physical and/or learning disabilities and their families. We were established in 1902. We have three evening family support groups each week for children and young people aged 5 to 20 with disabilities. We also have a a fully accessible play and activity centre. All our groups cost nothing to attend! We employ two full-time staff and two part-time (12 hours per week each) staff.
