Centre 404 – Days Opportunities
Centre 404 is a charity that offers friendly, reliable and person centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism and their families. Centre 404's Day Opportunities service aims to promote a person centred vision to empower and enable individuals to lead a life that is truly their own. Inclusion is at the heart of the service and each person has their own weekly timetable based on their goals and interests. Service User’s are supported to use public transport where possible to access the Day Opportunities service to increase and encourage independence. Activities involves: - Sports and Fun. - Using and developing skills. - Sensory Activities. The service runs during the weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 10am-3pm. It offers a mixture of community and centre based activities. The Day Opportunities service currently runs at three locations: - Centre 404 on Camden Road (currently under refurbishments). - The Charlie Ratchford Centre in Chalk Farm. - Brickworks Community Centre in Crouch Hill. Centre 404 – Siblings
Centre 404 is a charity that offers friendly, reliable and person centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism and their families. On Mondays, they run an activity group for siblings of children with learning disabilities and autism. The session is for children ages 8 - 12 years. Transport is provided but sometimes a contribution is requested.

Centre 404 is a charity that offers friendly, reliable and person centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism and their families. Out and About is a group for over 16 year olds with autism or learning disabilities. Out and About encourages you to keep fit and healthy by taking part in fun and relaxing activities with friends. Centre 404 – Holiday Play Schemes
Centre 404 is a charity that offers friendly, reliable and person centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism and their families. They currently operate across 8 London Boroughs. Centre 404 runs Holiday Play Schemes in Islington and Enfield during the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays. Their Play Schemes are inclusive for those who have a learning disability and/or autism and their siblings. Activities are always based in the community, and minibus transport is provided. Manchester Youth Zone
Manchester Youth Zone is a fully inclusive centre which offers a safe space that young people can come to after school, meet positive role models, get something warm and nutritious to eat, and most importantly have fun! Sunday sessions from 12pm-3pm cater for young people with additional needs and disabilities up to 25 years old. Inclusive and accessible activities such as sensory play, arts and crafts, wheelchair basketball and sensory room.

Carlisle Youth Zone
Carlisle Youth Zone is a purpose-built youth facility, complete with a gym, music room, library, climbing wall, sports hall, café, arts area, dance space, gaming and recreation zones, with a team dedicated of youth workers, volunteers, and mentors who create a fun and safe environment. All sessions are suitable for children and young people however there is an additional quieter, more relaxed session on Saturday mornings 10am - 12pm for disabled and neurodivergent young people. Young people aged 7 to 25 can attend the Inclusion session alongside parents or carers, have fun and enjoy free hot food. The building is wheelchair accessible, has a disabled toilet, sensory room, hearing loops in various rooms and staff trained to support young people with visual impairments.

HideOut Youth Zone
HideOut Youth Zone is a charity for Manchester’s young people, set up to give them the opportunity to discover their passion and their purpose. Young people from a diverse range of backgrounds can access the facilities in a vibrant, purpose-built space packed with engaging activities, the opportunity to make friends, develop new skills, unlock their potential and have fun. Activities include art and music, cooking, wellbeing, climbing, yoga, sports, gym and MMA. HideOut also has a sensory room, recording studio and podcasting suite. HideOut Youth Zone provides children and young people with somewhere safe to go, something positive to do and someone trusted to talk to. All children and young people are welcome at HideOut Youth Zone, regardless of their needs and requirements. Sessions are adapted for young people with additional needs and are open for a wide range of young people to access; including those with mild learning difficulties, through to those with more complex needs such as visual impairment and physical disabilities. The building itself is accessible to all, including a lift, wheelchair access doorways, sensory room, moveable sinks and hobs in the training kitchen, and even an accessible climbing wall. Tim Lamb Children’s Centre
The Tim Lamb Centre offers specialist activity and leisure facilities for disabled children/ young people and their families including youth clubs and holiday schemes. The Centre is open to families with a child/ young person at any stage of their diagnostic journey and whatever their additional needs. To use the facilities you must be a member of Pathways 4 All. The facilities include a soft play area with adjoining cafe, a well equipped sensory room, large multi-purpose hall with indoor trampolines, a toddler playroom, teenage/ games room and a computer suite. There is also a large fully enclosed outdoor playground, (with high fencing) which includes a range of inclusive play and sensory equipment. The building is fully wheelchair accessible and has a disabled toilet that includes a full size changing bed and ceiling hoist facility.

Our Space (Bradford)
Our Space offers fun, inclusive activity clubs, offering structured play, social opportunities, and Arts & crafts sessions specially designed for children with SEND. They can also offer 1:1 intensive interaction sessions for children who may benefit from individualised connection and support. Every half term, they offer respite sessions giving families space to rest while knowing their child is in safe, nurturing hands. Parent coffee mornings and informal catch-ups, where families can share, support one another and feel part of a wider community. Our Space also offers support for school and settings through 1 to 1 and small group interventions, support, training and CPD for school staff and pop up sensory sessions for settings.
