Ability for All – Activity Hub
Activity Hubs are a fortnightly multi-sport and play session supporting children with a range of disabilities aged 4 to 17 to be physically active. The Activity Hub consists of a variety of activities including special themed events and quiet areas. The different activities will be adapted to make sure they are suitable for all ages and ability levels. This ensures people enjoy the session, develop social skills and explore their abilities. Sessions take place on Sundays cost £4.50 per child, booking is essential.

Salford Youth Zone
Salford Youth Zone is a state-of-the -art, youth hub, open to young people aged 8-19 and up to 25 for those with additional needs, offering a place where you can make new friends, take part in activities, chill out, play sports, or try something new. Inclusion sessions offer young people (aged 8 -25) , regardless of ability the opportunity to access a range of activities for example boxing, trampolining, karaoke, arts and crafts, cooking, gaming and much more. Sessions will be adapted for young people with additional needs to enable anyone to access them; including young people with a variety of different needs from mild learning difficulties to more complex needs such as visual impairment and physical disabilities.

Blackburn Youth Zone – Darwen Site
Blackburn Youth Zone has something for every young person, open 7 days a week and offer over up to 20 activities each evening within Blackburn and Darwen. The Youth Zone is a purpose-built facility offering a wide range of activities, including dance, climbing, digital creation, sport, music, media, employability and mentoring. The Youth Zone includes a four-court sports hall with facilities for indoor tennis, badminton, football, netball and basketball and a separate climbing wall, as well as a fitness suite with the latest gym equipment and an outdoor multi-use games area. Inside the Youth Zone there is also a kitchen and café area selling healthy food and drink, multi-purpose areas for dance, music, arts and crafts, gaming and DJ-ing, martial arts and boxing facilities Diversity Zone for childen and young people aged 8 - 21 with SEND. Diversity offers members a smaller, accessible session that helps young people breakdown barriers which may have previously stopped them from engaging in activities and remove them. All activities are fun, engaging and accessible catering for every ability where possible. Diversity sessions are free for members. See timetable for weekly activities and session times.

The Hive, Wirral Youth Zone
Wirral Youth Zone, named by young people as ‘The Hive’, is a purpose-built facility for the city’s young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with disabilities. HIVEABILITY All activities at The Hive are accessible for all young people with a disability or additional need. But The Hive also run dedicated HiveAbility sessions too. Offering the same huge range of things to do across the art, music, sports, media, kitchen, salon and rec areas with a bit more support, space to reduce the noise if you need to and careful planning so that each area doesn’t get too busy. Hiveability sessions run on Sundays 10am - 2pm. The Hive building is fully accessible, with all meeting and conference spaces on the ground floor, accessible toilets, a hygiene suite with tracker hoist and bed, and a lift to the rooftop.

Wigan Youth Zone
Wigan Youth Zone offers young people aged 8 - 19 (or 25 with additional needs) more than twenty activities every day on site and across Wigan and Leigh. Wigan Youth Zone offers state-of-the-art facilities that young people can’t find anywhere else in one place in the borough – from a climbing wall and radio station to a skate park, gym and dance studio. All sessions are inclusive and a dedicated inclusion team on hand to support all young people at the Youth Zone. Warrington Youth Zone has accessible toilets including an hygiene suite and lifts. Various accessible sessions each week include: - Baking once a week - Inclusive football in partnership with Wigan Athletic Community Trust - Super 1’s Cricket, for additional needs members aged 12 – 25 - Inclusive climbing with full hoist for wheelchair users - Closed karaoke sessions to build confidence - Sensory activities and accessible leisure opportunities such as boccia, Kurling and Football.

Warrington’s new state-of-the-art Youth Zone provides a safe, inspiring place for young people aged 7-19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs, to spend their leisure time. The Youth Zone is open 7 days a week, offering over 20 activities every night for just 50p per visit, providing thousands of young people somewhere, to go, something to do and someone to talk to. Springboard Sessions offer inclusive and accessible activities for children and young people. Activities include: • Sensory play • Arts & crafts • Roller skating • Music • Baking • Sports • Gym • Martial arts • Indoor rock climbing • Quiet play • Multimedia • Dance & drama & much more! Specialist support service offers one-to-one and personal care to young people at the Youth Zone and staff are trained to provide: • Personal care (including hoisting) • Feeding support (including MIC-KEY feeding tubes) • Medication administering • Epilepsy first aid • Care needs. Springboard Sessions Sunday (no booking required): – 11am – 3pm Monday (bookings only): – 3:30pm – 9pm Tuesday (Ages 7-12 years old & bookings only): – 3:30pm – 8pm Springboard Family Day on the second Sunday of every month, which allows Springboard members and their families to join in on the fun at the Youth Zone. Warrington Youth Zone has a range of accessibility features including - Access to aids such as ear defenders, sensory activities and quiet spaces when needed. They have created a global community of people with shared experiences and run free-to-access online events, including webinars and drop-in sessions, which offer a safe space for discussion and support. Careers and NEET Service (Together for Children)
Together for Children's Careers and NEET (not in employment, education or training) service offers advice, guidance and support around education, employment and training to young people in Sunderland. If you are aged between 13 and 18 years old, or are up to the age of 25 years old and have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for a special educational need or disability, they can provide you with impartial information, advice and guidance. Together for Children's Careers Advisers can support you to make positive choices about your future with, information about college courses, apprenticeships, sixth form, employment and training, as well as a range of other options depending on your individual needs and interests.

Camden and Islington Short Breaks (Action for Children)
Action for Children’s short breaks services offer lots of activities and opportunities. These could be in the community, or a residential or foster home. They're a way for disabled children to have fun and develop their independence. They give them a chance to try new things and make friends. Short breaks and outings give parents and siblings time to recharge, too. They’re a lifeline for families who feel overwhelmed or overcome by the challenges. They encourage children to be ambitious about what they want to do and work with them to make their wishes a reality. The approach is about being inclusive, flexible and, above all, fun. If you have a Direct Payment or Personal Budget they can offer you services tailored to your individual needs.
